YOUTH – RH Costa Mesa

YOUTH

MIDDLE SCHOOL MINISTRY

Each Sunday our middle school students gather to pursue relationship with mentor leaders, each other, and most importantly, God. This happens through worship, prayer and teaching aimed at a Biblical worldview. At the end of each service, students respond to God through an extended time of worship and reflection. These mornings are a catapult to Wednesday evening Life Group gatherings where students dive deeper into relationship and the Scriptures

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Sundays | 11AM | RHCM Student Center
(Located across the street, off Red Hill)
3095 Red Hill, Costa Mesa

Sunday Mornings are the main entry point into everything going on for Middle School students within ROCKHARBOR. Every Sunday, Middle School students meet to dive into God’s word and worship together.

FIRST WEDNESDAYS

6:30-8:00PM | ROCKHARBOR Student Center
3095 Red Hill Ave. Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Every First Wednesday of the month we have Life Group Night Out. This is a night where each Life Group chooses an activity to do outside the normal Wednesday routine. These nights are designed for students and leaders to have fun, build deeper relationships, invite friends, and earn trust. Playing together is an essential part of our ministry as it builds trust and opens doors for deeper conversations. These relationships are what continue beyond our Middle School years as students continue to be shaped to look more and more like Jesus.

LIFE GROUPS

Wednesdays | 6:30-8:00pm | RHCM Student Center
3095 Red Hill, Costa Mesa

Life Groups are designed just for RH | Middle School students focus on growing students in a relationship with Jesus and building deeper friendships with other students and leaders. Each group is gender and grade specific, and led by a volunteer adult leader. Life Groups start in September and run through June.

HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY

ROCKHARBOR High School is a family of youth learning to practice the way of Jesus in our everyday lives. It is our desire for youth to have a place to belong, the freedom to wrestle with truth, and experience God. We do this by gathering as a church on Sundays and in Life Groups throughout the week, serving in our communities, and getting away— all while having an absolute blast!

SUNDAYS

7PM | ROCKHARBOR Church in the Centre
345 Fisher Ave. Costa Mesa, CA 92626

ROCKHARBOR weekend services are expectant gatherings where we seek and respond to God. We gather during our 7pm celebration service in the Centre. We encourage students whose families attend another service to volunteer at that service and then return for our evening gathering.

FIRST WEDNESDAYS

6:30-9:00PM | ROCKHARBOR Student Center
3095 Red Hill Ave. Costa Mesa, CA 92626

This is time for youth to shine! We gather as a whole High School ministry the first Wednesday of every month for a fun, engaging youth-driven worship experience. Each gathering kicks off with dinner and is then followed by worship, teaching, games, and more. This is the front door of our ministry and a great way to join the ROCKHARBOR Youth family!

LIFE GROUPS | Register Here

Weeknights | 7-9pm | Throughout Newport Mesa

Life Groups are small communities of students learning to practice the way of Jesus together. With two leaders and six to eight students, groups are small, intentional, relational, and a ton of fun.

High School Life Groups meet during the school year (September-May) in various locations (i.e. homes, coffee shops, taquerias, In-N-Outs, etc.) throughout Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. The reason we meet in these places rather than at ROCKHARBOR is to practically help close the gap that often exists between the secular and sacred. By gathering in these places, we have the opportunity to normalize spiritual conversations in shared spaces. This is one way we equip students to be kingdom people wherever they find themselves.
