There are many local needs in southern California that are being met by agencies, organizations and programs. We know that there are many people within the RHCM family who have passion to serve in specific and targeted ways. Please take a look at this list and feel free to contact them directly to get involved.
YoungLives is focused on building relationships with teen moms and dads by entering their world, modeling unconditional love, and encouraging them to become the men and women, and fathers and mothers, God created them to be. If you would like to know more about the ministry and how you can play a part, please come to the info night.

Mika’s work is to build whole relationships in Costa Mesa. To accomplish this we focus on leadership development and community building activities for adults, youth, and kids. We believe God’s restorative work happens through people in community and that by developing leaders we will see positive change in our city.
Healthy communities are built and sustained through systems that invite and foster participation by the neighbors within the community. Mika’s method for community building is to identify and support the leaders already living and working within the neighborhoods. Our commitment is wholly focused on building relationships to develop, train, and equip existing leaders who have emerged from the communities and taken it upon themselves to initiate transformation and growth in their neighborhoods. Mika currently works with 110 families representing over 400 individuals. If you’re interested in working alongside kids, youth, and adults with Mika visit www.mikacdc.org for more information.
Orange County Juvenile Hall
Orange County Juvenile Hall is for boys and girls, generally between ages 12 and 18, who are detained pending juvenile court hearings or who remain in custody by order of the juvenile court. Volunteers are needed weekly to lead a small group Bible Study, mentor a youth, or meet for one on one discipleship.
For more information on how you can be trained to volunteer, please email Chaplain Rick Johnson.
