What is Alpha?

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in an informal, fun and friendly environment. The 7-week course runs three times a year and meets on Tuesday evenings with an option of a weekend away.

What Happens at Alpha?

A typical evening consists of a meal, a short talk about the christian faith, and small group discussion. Talks cover a range of topics including ‘Who is Jesus?’ and ‘Why and how do I pray?’.

Who is Alpha For?

Alpha is for everyone; no question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish. We don’t assume any background knowledge of or belief in christianity and everyone is welcome.

When is Alpha?

Our next Alpha course starts with a launch dinner on Tuesday, September 23 at 6:30 PM. Feel free to check out the first one or two weeks and see what you think. There is no pressure.
